HOA Dues are $287* per year/per lot
Trash fee is $240* per year/per house
Special assessments for 2021 and 2022 were zero
Roads are privately maintained and may require chains and 4WD for portions of the year
Front Gate remotes are available to property owners for purchase from the HOA
Roads are snow plowed by resident volunteers with their own equipment. There is no guarantee the roads will be plowed
Due to road conditions year round, dead spots in cell coverage, and the inaccuracy of Google Maps, for your safety and liability, you must be accompanied by a realtor or resident when looking at properties.

HOA maintains roads via contractor and small GID funds from the county. Residents take proactive measures to keep roads in best condition possible (ex: cleaning culverts, slower speeds and driving in 4x4 to help with washboarding)
All roadways in Woodmoormountain are unpaved and there are no current plans to pave due to expense in paving and maintaining
Required minimum home square footage is 1200 sq feet (living area)
Homes must be a minimum of 40 feet from from property line
All home building plans must be approved by the ACC
Lots may not be re-subdivided
Water is obtained by individual property water wells
Most natural gas to lots is only availible via individual property propane tank
