Welcome to the Woodmoor Mountain website.  This website is intended to provide general information about our community as well as access to important information to the property owners.  Woodmoor Mountain is an exceptional community to live in, located in the foothills of the Rocky Mountains with breathtaking views!  We are a gated, covenant community situated just south and west of the town of Larkspur Colorado, midway between Denver and Colorado Springs, along the Palmer Divide.  The Woodmoor Mountain Community consists of 1100 acres of land, currently 61 homes, and several vacant lots and parcels that back up to the Pike National Forest.
